  1. Be the first cryptocoin

Imagine Feathercoin as the first cryptocoin to be accepted through paypal? Yeah that would be amazing.

  2. Feathercoin support for coinpunk wallet

Coinpunk wallet service is like an open source blockchain wallet.

"The Bitcoin Foundation is awarding a grant to Coinpunk developer Kyle Drake for the development of an open source bitcoin wallet service."

    I filed this request
    https://github.com/kyledrake/coinpunk/issues/9
    "multi-currency wallet

    Hello,
One killa feature that could make coinpunk take off quickly would be support for multiple crypto-currencies. Many of us are looking for a one stop solution for all of our alt-coins in one wallet. Please make it happen!
    "

    and got this response:
    '

Unfortunately, I have to use the code that's implemented in javascript, which is currently only bitcoin.…

  4. FTC support for parts vendors.

I know of a couple sites selling parts and other equipment and I think it would be great if someone who is good with pr could open up relations with one or two to start accepting FTC as well as BTC and LTC. That would to me would bring a lot more attention to FTC and be much easier than having to keep converting to BTC or LTC just to order parts for your rigs.

  5. ftc network status board

a status board or area on the feathercoin homepage, where basic parameters of the ftc network are shown, like number of mining pools, current hashrate, Number of transactions per time frame (=Last hour?), network health (like a traffic light?).
Also important messages could be spread here, like information of Attacke.
An RSS feed for the page would be nice

  7. A new simple wallet, tuned for end users which does not need to download the blockchain, named Flectrum!

When FTC becomes ahead, more people would become involved in the transactions. A simple, efficient wallet just like Electrum can solve a definite problem in the future. It will show that how FTC is already prepared for the future and how much it believes in itself!

  9. Make Feathercoin URI scheme readily available in wallet

This will allow third parties (like CoinWidget) to easily implement their offerings. Currently if CoinWidget were to include Feathercoin, it would simply open the client and not input the address in the send field. Bitcoin's URI scheme is readily available and apps like CoinWidget work as intended.

  10. create .deb and .rpm files

Feathercoin developers have done a good job of released compiled packages for windows and mac (or so it seems). But there are lots of early adopters in amongst linux users. By making .deb and .rpm binaries available for easy install of wallet and ftc miner (separately) would reduce the hurdles of linux user and get more of them on board.

  12. How to get your own FTC?

This article will provide detail information to help you get your own Feathercoins. Tipically there are three ways to get your own Feathercoins. The first one is purchase Feathercoins by using Bitcoin through electronic currencies exchange platform such as BTC-E and CRYPTSY; the second is to get your own Feathercoins through mining rig; and the third one is to sell your products in the Feathercoin Market. 13. Antivirus

A simple antivirus program to check for common Botnets or Feathercoin-stealing stuff.

Not sure if really plausible but whatever.

  15. A mobile wallet

An app on your phone which can act as a wallet, for transactions in the real world. It would also be great if this could link to your wallet at home, though I understand there would be security implications around the feasibility of this.

  17. Possibilities for physical transactions

This is kind of like I guess a Feathercoin credit card so to speak. You would have a memory device such as a USB, which would have your portable wallet.dat file. This would be different from the .dat file saved on your computer, since you obviously don't want to be taking your entire stash everywhere. It would be even simpler if the Feathercoin client had a portable wallet feature that took care of transferring a certain amount of coins into your portable wallet, and then exported it as pwallet.dat for example.

In the merchant side, they would have a program…

  18. Hypothesis: Increase supply, not demand

Is it possible that instead of trying to increase opportunities for people to spend crypto currency, instead if we increase opportunities for people to acquire crypto currency, then they (the people with FTC to spend) will do the 'hard' work of getting merchants to accept it?

what I mean is, where do people get $ ? they earn it from jobs, mostly

so that brings to mind "get employers to pay people in crypto" , well that seems like a bigger mountain to climb

so I had another thought, what if retailers, whether online like newegg.com or B&M like Barnes…

  19. Create the ability for messaging to the client

A feature that lets people know when a new version is out is sensible. Basically they [the client] would connect to a JSON feed or something similar. They would just check the local version against the JSON feed and display a message already in the binary.

  20. ASIC proof

With Coblee basically giving into the idea ASIC's will soon dominate Litecoin too ... should Feathercoin prepare to capture the GPU market?
